Today 10,000 bikes rode through Wooton Basset in support of the troups in Afghanistan. 5000 pilyon passengers raising well over £100,000 for families of soldiers killed in what many regard as a dubious campaign. Regardless of ones politics on the war, few could dispute the bravery nor the heartfelt loss of young lives. Seems that the bikers, often considered outlaws took time and paid money, many travelling a long way to pay thier respects, are amongst the few that recognise the suffering.
