Though consciousness is the buzz subject of the era we should recognise that by far the largest part of what we do is done unconsciously. From this it is safe to infer that we should look at what we do, not what we intend to do. Despite our best intentions humans are an animal that is ruthless in its drive to survive and reproduce. Stories we spin ourselves regarding our preservation or conservation of the environment contradict the truth of what we do. We are living at the tailend of the great peace. We have borrowed from the future to pay for our lives. Tomorrow our numbers will plummet, and no green agenda can offset the human plagues' limitless drive to reproduce. It has been an exciting time to live. Seeing the largest human world peace at the expense of all other species. An exciting time yet grotesque in so many ways.
