The Execution of Gary Glitter

I will post more on this later but on monday, like a dream, at 9pm on channel 4 is The Execution of Gary Glitter. In surveys up to 70% of the population believe that, for certain offences, we should bring back hanging. Set in an alternative reality, the government, after a serious child sex crime, bring back the death penalty. Paul Gadd, 70's glam rocker is first to be given the drop. Apparently we see the actual hanging of Glitter. Channel 4 have informed Gadd of the plotline.
