I beg anyone who has stolen or knows anyone who has to tell them not to steal drain covers. You only get a quid or so for one so go rob Tescos or something. This is the world you are making. As a Drainspotter this looks apalling. It might go unnoticed to many how and why or environment is slowly deteriorating but the world you make, I can assure you will be a lesser place by far, even if you know not why.
The issue of flagstone replacement has become an issue too. Each flag stolen is now replaced with tarmac. Please, I know you're skint, but you're making the world worse, bit by bit.
