The Oldest House in Britain
Not much info so far but it comes as no surprise that in Yorkshire, near Scarborough the oldest house in Britain has been found. Archeologists are currently working out why Yorkshire folk were civilised 6000 years before southerners. I imagine that in 6000 years time, southern scientists will be beginning to grasp our vastly advanced civilisation. This would account for why followers of the prehistoricly primitive sport of Rugby Union still fails to grasp League. It would be equally difficult for us northeners to imagine what life will be like 6000 years from now. The evolutionary gap is likely to persist.
